Ok so we had Heather's class pet for the Easter weekend it was a betta fish and I told her if she did really well maybe she could get one! (what was I thinking) So yesterday morning she asked me if she could get a fish so I told her to ask her Dad!!! So I forwarned Pete before Heather came home and he says to me why dont we get something else so we ended up with a freakin hamster LOL!!! They kinda freak me out cause its like a mouse or something, LOL!! So we went to the pet store last night, Lil Peter asked where we were going and I told him the pet store and he said get a doggie :) thats my boy!!!!So at the pet store, she picked out the most active hamster the thing was trying to climb out of the bowl while we were checking him out. So we come home with everything and Pete puts the cage and everything together he goes to put Zippy in the cage and he bit Pete LOL!!!! so Heather says " I dont want it anymore" LOL!!! So we got him in the cage with out him biting again..So Lil Peter and I will be working on Pete a little more for our dog ...maybe...So Pete was whining about his hamster bite he called it the vampire hamster :)Well just wanted to let everyone know we got a hamster and we will keep you posted.. Well maybe the hamster will mellow out.
I've never had one though, so I wouldn't know.
I've only ever had a crabs(got baby ones at the Oriental Market), a fish, cats, and dogs.
