Well here we are at the end of June and have had 2 weeks of temps in the 100s except for 1 day and it was 99.. We are having a storm right now as I type this and I am hoping it is going to cool things off it was a cool morning and hope it stays that way. I have not updated in a while have been kinda crazy here...
We went to a sprinkler park (June10) and the kids enjoyed that, they had a huge sand pit that they really liked and then after playing in that they went in the sprinkler that was kinda shaped like a whale..(see pics)
Back in the begining of June I drove to Waco to meet Tracy, and Cathy and our kids at Chuckie Cheese and my car kinda got broke :) So now after the fact my heating system has pretty much had an over haul and am waiting for the Fan assembly to arrive to finally fix my car. It seems that when I take my car on long trips something goes wrong..I drove to Salado back in January and my cooling fan would run all the time and we fixed that now it was wanting to over heat so I dont think I will drive my car on long drives anymore :)
I had a garage sale last Thursday and Friday and covered the cost of fixing my car, thankfully. It was way too hot to do it for so long now I know why they usually only do them in the morning, I did mine 10-4..
We are trying to plan a vacation to Port Aransas, which is the beach ;) I am so excited and if it wasn't for Petes job of traveling we wouldnt be able to go he has 3 free nights at a hotel so we are trying to plan for that and trying to keep it cheap.
The pool has not really been refreshing the water is warm, so havent done that much, Peter does really well with his life jacket on I will have to bring the camera the next time Pete comes with us. Heather learned how to dive but doesnt swim really well unless she is under water LOL!!! well that is all I have for now, maybe I will have more stuff since my car will be fixed and I can go out and about soon..
