Santa swap gifts for school...

Ok so Heather has a Santa swap at school on thursday and we needed to have 22 gifts so instead of buying something at the dollar store and buying 22 dollars worth I decided to make stuff with stuff I had and I also had to buy some supplies but still it only cost me 12.00 I made Magic reindeer food and a Beleive bell and added 2 pencils each
So the magic reindeer food is oats mixed with white sugar (looks better with crystal sugar I used what I had) green and red sugar (to decorate cookies) and mix it all together the poem goes as follows

Magic Reindeer Food
Sprinkle on the lawn at night.
The moon will make it sparkle bright.
As Santa's reindeer fly and roam,
This will guide them to your home!





Cute right!!! Anyway so that is what Heather is doing for her gift swap at school wanted to post it and show the pics I did the stamping on the bell tag and added some sparkle with stickles. Then tied the bell onto the tag, Then I printed the poem onto card stock with a printer and put that on a tag it was fun and time consuming to tie all the tags and such but I finally finished it tonight and still have a few more projects to finish up YIKES!!! I only have a few days cause the projects I am working on need to be mailed. So anyway hope everyone has a good week and will post some pics from her party on thursday. Happy Holidays!!! ~Stef

OK Well Hello Holidays why is it kids ALWAYS get sick during the Holidays...Heather just woke up with the stomach bug poor thing this is the first time she has ever threw up that she can remember she said "Whats wrong with me" we explained to her that she has a cold in her belly. So as I type this I am mad at myself for not staying on the couch sleeping when I feel asleep about an hour to an hour and a half ago but of course I got up and went to bed and started reading and as I know I will not be getting much sleep tonight if I just stayed on the couch I would have gotten at least an hour or so LOL.. So she is pretty upset that she wont be going to school I will probably keep her home the rest of the week poor thing. Say some prayers that she is the only one that gets it..well she just did it again.. Well hope everyone sleeps well LOL... I wont be.
